It’s time for my first-ever live reading of some of my flash fiction! I’ve been invited by Paul Beckman to read at the very first FBomb Flash Fiction Reading Series event in New York City! This event is an offshoot of the popular FBomb series in Denver.
You’re invited!
- Date: Friday, 9/9
- Time: 7-9 PM followed by Open Mic
- Place: KGB Bar Literary Reading Space — The Red Room
- Address: 85 E 4th Street, NYC
- RSVP: Let the event organizers know you are coming by ticking the box on the event Facebook page, found here. If you don’t do Facebook, leave a comment below, or… just show up! See below for a slideshow of what the Red Room looks like — great reading space for author and audience both!!!
I’ve been practicing, and I think I’ll read my two most popular stories, and if there’s time something maybe a third new thing. I’ll definitely read “Summer Baby” from SmokeLong Quarterly, and of course it will be my privilege and honor to read “Upfurler” in NYC so near to 9/11. Can’t wait!
